Background:

Laura graduated from Kings College London with First Class Honours in 2004 and began working in a large London NHS teaching Hospital. In 2008 she moved into the private sector working closely with a number of nationally recognised consultant orthopaedic surgeons.

Laura has a keen interest in treating sports injuries having worked within the English Football League structure at varying levels for 9 years, including two years with Crystal Palace FC.

Experience:

In 2009 Laura completed the internationally recognised McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy training, becoming a certified practitioner. She has incorporated her skills and knowledge of the McKenzie principles into the management of spinal patients achieving excellent results. Laura has post-graduate training in acupuncture and is a member of the AACP (UK). Her training includes auricular acupuncture and she can administer the NADA protocol for alcohol and substance misuse.

Having trained with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute she have gained expertise in the clinical application of Pilates, providing individualised, symptom specific patient programmes.

Laura has a special interest in Women's Health Physiotherapy. She is clinically trained to provide effective advice and treatment to a population that is sometimes neglected. Interests

Having recently moved to Dubai I am enjoying exploring the city and making new friends. I enjoy keeping fit at the gym, skiing and playing netball.
