Background:

Since an early age, Samantha has been competing and playing sports, both team based and individual including representing GB, regions and schools in Athletics and Cross country. Her passion for sports and athletics naturally brought her to St. Mary’s University, one of the top leading UK sports Universities, where she undertook a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Sports Rehabilitation. Her passion lies firmly in the field of Exercise Rehabilitation where she looks to improve people’s well being and fitness, getting them functional as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Experience:

On completion of her degree, Samantha furthered her qualifications in the health and fitness industry, to include Personal Training, Massage, Pilates and affiliation to some of the industry’s leading Professional Organizations. From here Samantha worked closely with professional Sports teams, such as Harlequins Rugby club and Crawley Town Football club to name but a few, providing both pitch side medical assistance and training Rehabilitation off pitch. Moving forwards, Samantha worked for some high level fitness industry brand gyms as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist, in and around central London. Before the move to Dubai, Samantha had her own Sports Injuries clinic, working with a wide variety of clients, ranging from the elite athlete, to the worker and special populations.
